Every seat is a reserved round trip: we pick you up at a partner venue in Scottsdale, drop you at Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park, and hold the bus for the ride home so nobody is hunting a surge-priced rideshare at closing time.
Yes. Wild West Party Bus runs a reserved round-trip shuttle to Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park for February 26–28, 2027. One ride out and one ride home are held for you each day, with 35 seats per departure.
Boarding is at Boondocks Old Town (4341 N. 75th St., Scottsdale) and Trevor's McDowell (7340 E. McDowell Rd., Scottsdale). Both stops feed the same bus, so pick whichever is closer to your group.
Round trips start at $39 per person, and groups of six or more ride at the lower group fare. The All three days pass covers 6 rides for $99 per person.
Yes. We provide the transport only — Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park admission is bought from the event. Riders must be 18+, and a departure runs once 30 riders are paid; if we cancel, your transport charge is refunded in full.
Absolutely. Private rentals are $425 for one hour, $750 for two hours and $300 per hour from three hours up, anywhere in Scottsdale and the wider Valley.
