NASCAR Championship Weekend Shuttle

Three race days, one bus with bull horns on the hood. We roll out of Scottsdale and Tempe for every race day at Phoenix Raceway. It is about a 70-minute run to Avondale in race traffic, and the ride home leaves at a fixed time each day.

About 70 minutes each way to Avondale in race traffic. These times are final. Be at your stop 15 minutes early — the bus leaves on the clock, and the ride home departs at the posted time whether or not the event has wrapped up.

Six rides across the weekend. Daily start times differ, so check each day's departure. A pass reserves one seat on every scheduled ride — 6 rides in total.

Know before you ride

Straight answers so there are no surprises on the day.

  • 35 seats per departure, shared across both boarding points.
  • We need at least 27 paid riders for a departure to run. If we cancel, your transport charge is refunded in full.
  • 18+ to ride. Race tickets are bought separately.
  • Raceway gate access, dropoff and loading points are subject to the venue's rules on the day.
  • One reserved ride out and one reserved ride home each race day.
  • Event shuttles are round-trip transport only. Event tickets, gate access and venue rules are handled by the event, not by us. Boarding points are partner venues and pickup times can shift with the event's published schedule — we confirm your exact departure before the day.

Every seat is a reserved round trip: we pick you up at a partner venue in Scottsdale & Tempe, drop you at Phoenix Raceway, Avondale, and hold the bus for the ride home so nobody is hunting a surge-priced rideshare at closing time.

Boarding is at Trevor's McDowell (7340 E. McDowell Rd., Scottsdale) and Four Peaks 8th Street (1340 E. 8th St. #104, Tempe). Both stops feed the same bus, so pick whichever is closer to your group.

How much is the ride to Phoenix Raceway, Avondale?

Round trips start at $79 per person, and groups of six or more ride at the lower group fare. The All three races pass covers 6 rides for $219 per person.

Do I still need event tickets?

Yes. We provide the transport only — Phoenix Raceway, Avondale admission is bought from the event. Riders must be 18+, and a departure runs once 27 riders are paid; if we cancel, your transport charge is refunded in full.

Can we book the whole bus instead?

Absolutely. Private rentals are $425 for one hour, $750 for two hours and $300 per hour from three hours up, anywhere in Scottsdale and the wider Valley.
