Wedding days run on timing, and timing runs on transportation. We move the bridal party and your guests between hotels and venues across Scottsdale and greater Phoenix, on a schedule we plan with you beforehand.
What we handle
- Bridal party transfers
- Getting-ready location to the ceremony, with room for dresses, suits and the people wearing them.
- Guest movements
- Hotel to venue and back, in loops when the guest list is larger than 35.
- Timing planned in advance
- We agree the schedule before the day so nobody is checking their phone for a driver.
- The after-party run
- The reception ends, the bus is already outside, and everyone gets home together.
Wedding questions
Yes. Multiple runs are normal for weddings. They are booked as one reserved period, because the bus and driver stay committed to you between trips rather than leaving and coming back.
As early as you have a venue and a rough timeline. Saturdays in season fill up first.
Yes, in loops if the group is larger than one trip. Tell us the guest count and the two addresses and we will work out how many runs the timeline needs.
It is a Western party bus with bull horns on the hood — it makes a statement. Most couples use it for the bridal party and for moving guests to the reception rather than for a formal arrival, but that is entirely your call.
