Up to 35 passengers. That is the capacity, not a required group size — a smaller group can still book the whole bus privately.
Yes. BYOB is part of how this works. Bring your own drinks and a cooler if you like. Anyone drinking must be 21 or over, and glass containers are restricted — check the current booking terms or message us if you are unsure what to bring.
Yes. Bookings are private. You are reserving the whole bus for your own group, not buying individual seats alongside strangers.
Short rentals are available, starting at a one-hour minimum for standard hourly service and subject to availability. The durations you can actually book are the ones shown when you check availability.
Pickups are flexible across Scottsdale and greater Phoenix. Give us the address when you book. Coverage of an area is not a promise that every pickup costs the same, so unusual distances may affect the quote.
Booking and payment are handled in our secure reservation system. Your reservation is confirmed by that system, not by a message or a quote request. Follow the confirmation details you receive after checkout.
Both options inside our booking system are the same rides — the difference is how you pay. A private booking reserves the whole bus for your group at one price. A public booking sells the same ride per seat, and the ride is canceled if fewer than 20 seats are booked. Groups are almost always better off booking the private bus.
Public bookings work best for a large group that wants everyone to pay separately — a corporate event, for example. Just remember the ride only runs if at least 20 seats are booked, so it is not guaranteed. If you want certainty, book private.
Hourly service reserves the bus for a block of time, including any waiting. A one-way transfer is a single trip from one place to another and is quoted separately. Two separate trips with a wait in between are priced as reserved time, not as two cheap one-way rides.
Yes. Your reservation covers the time the bus is set aside for your group, including stops along the way.
As many as fit comfortably inside your booked time on a workable route. Unlimited stops never means unlimited hours or distance.
Yes. The bus has a premium sound system and you can connect your own playlist.
Both can be arranged as optional extras when available. They are not included as standard, and pricing depends on the date and the service. Ask us when you book.
Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are the ones shown in the booking system at checkout. Please read them there before you confirm, or contact us if anything is unclear.
Event eligibility and alcohol rules are separate. Alcohol is strictly 21 and over. For a booking that includes people under 21, contact us first so we can confirm what applies.
Boarding arrangements depend on the guest's needs, so please contact us directly before booking and we will tell you honestly what we can accommodate.
