Booking guide
Private vs public party bus in Scottsdale.
Both options inside our booking window show the same rides on the same orange bus. The only real difference is whether you reserve the whole vehicle or a single seat. Here is how to choose.
Private booking — the whole bus
You book the vehicle, not seats. One price covers the group of up to 35, the ride is guaranteed to run, and the route is built around your night.
Public booking — per seat
Seats are sold individually so each guest pays separately. A public departure needs a minimum of 20 seats booked; if it does not reach 20, the ride is canceled. It is useful for very large groups splitting the cost or corporate events, but it is never guaranteed.
Side by side.
| Private bus | Public seat | |
|---|---|---|
| What you reserve | The entire bus for your group only. | Individual seats on a shared ride. |
| How it is priced | One price for the bus: 1 hour $425, 2 hours $750, 3+ hours $300/hour. | Per seat, so every guest pays for their own seat. |
| Will it run? | Yes — once booked, the ride is yours. | Only if 20 seats sell. Below that the ride is canceled. |
| Who else is aboard | Nobody outside your group. | Other guests who booked the same departure. |
| Route and timing | Built around your plan, stops and pickup address. | Set schedule and set stops. |
| Best for | Bachelorette and bachelor groups, birthdays, weddings, game days, bar crawls. | Large groups where everyone pays separately, or corporate outings. |
Taxes, fees and final availability are calculated in the booking system.
