We take you to the festival each evening and bring you back after the final set. Western character, party lighting, a booming soundtrack, and your whole crew riding together — no parking, no surge pricing, nobody driving home at 4 a.m.

All times are Arizona time; arrival estimates depend on traffic and festival exit conditions. The December 30 ride returns early December 31, and the December 31 ride returns early January 1, 2027.
Before you ride
$149 covers both nights.
Bringing 6 or more friends? Book 6+ passes together for $139 per person. Taxes and mandatory booking fees are included, gratuity is optional, and festival admission is purchased separately.
- Guests must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID
- BYOB permitted for guests 21+ with valid ID; alcohol is not provided. No glass, no large coolers
- This pass covers the scheduled festival transfers only — hotel transportation, early returns and afterparty pickups are outside this service
- Final boarding instructions, map pins and the trip contact number are sent by December 27
- Arrange a ride to your pickup point unless parking permission is expressly included in those instructions
- 35 passenger spots total across both pickup locations
Good to know
All upcoming rides$149 per person covers transportation there and back on both festival nights — four scheduled rides total — with a professional driver, bottled water, and staffed return check-in. Book 6 or more passes together and it's $139 per person. Taxes and mandatory booking fees are included. Gratuity is optional.

Book everyone in one reservation, choose the same pickup location, and include each rider's name. Seating is unassigned and this is a shared shuttle with other festival guests.
Guests must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. BYOB is permitted for guests 21+ with valid ID; alcohol is not provided. No glass and no large coolers. Take your belongings with you when entering the festival.
A minimum of 25 two-night passes must be booked by December 20. If the minimum isn't reached, all shuttle purchases are refunded in full. If we cancel both nights you receive a full refund; if we cancel one night, two-night pass holders receive a 50% refund. The same refund allocation applies if the festival cancels either night.
Full payment reserves your pass. Guest cancellations are refundable through December 20. After that, tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another eligible rider until noon on December 28 by contacting us at (480) 848-8095. Missed departures and unused rides are nonrefundable.
