About 20 minutes each way to Tempe Beach Park. These times are final. Be at your stop 15 minutes early — the bus leaves on the clock, and the ride home departs at the posted time whether or not the event has wrapped up.

  • 35 seats per departure, shared across both boarding points.
  • We need at least 25 paid riders for a departure to run. If we cancel, your transport charge is refunded in full.
  • 18+ to ride. Festival entry is bought separately from the event.
  • One reserved ride out and one reserved ride home each day — no hop-on loops.
  • Boarding points are partner venues; arrive 15 minutes before departure. Tempe Beach Park is about 20 minutes from Old Town.
  • Event shuttles are round-trip transport only. Event tickets, gate access and venue rules are handled by the event, not by us. Boarding points are partner venues and pickup times can shift with the event's published schedule — we confirm your exact departure before the day.

How much is the ride to Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park?

Round trips start at $39 per person, and groups of six or more ride at the lower group fare.

Do I still need event tickets?

Yes. We provide the transport only — Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park admission is bought from the event. Riders must be 18+, and a departure runs once 25 riders are paid; if we cancel, your transport charge is refunded in full.

Can we book the whole bus instead?

Absolutely. Private rentals are $425 for one hour, $750 for two hours and $300 per hour from three hours up, anywhere in Scottsdale and the wider Valley.
