Last updated: September 10, 2026. These Terms of Service apply to the Wild West Party Bus website, mobile app, and any booking or inquiry you make with Wild West Limo Services LLC.

Acceptance of terms

By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or submit an inquiry.

What we provide

Wild West Party Bus offers private party bus and limousine transportation in Scottsdale and greater Phoenix. Our vehicle is Orange Ford F-650 party bus with giant bull horns on the hood with capacity for up to 35 passengers. We display availability, pricing, and package information through our website and app, but a reservation is only confirmed once our booking system issues a confirmation.

Bookings and payment

All reservations are made through our secure third-party booking system. A quote, message, phone call, or inquiry does not reserve the bus. Your booking is confirmed only when the booking system processes payment and you receive a confirmation. Prices shown are base or starting prices; taxes, fees, and optional add-ons are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Private vs. public bookings

A private booking reserves the entire bus for your group at one price and is guaranteed to run. A public, per-seat booking lets individuals pay separately for the same ride, but the ride is canceled if fewer than 20 seats are booked. Groups are almost always better off booking private. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are shown in the booking system at checkout and may vary by product or date. Please read them carefully before confirming. If anything is unclear, contact us before booking rather than after.

User accounts and app use

If you create an account or save information in our app, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account or use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use our services to harass, threaten, damage property, or endanger anyone. You may not bring weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials on the bus. The driver has full authority to end a trip early if the safety of passengers, the vehicle, or the public is at risk. No refunds or credits are owed when a trip is ended early for prohibited conduct.

Alcohol, age and safety

Guests may bring their own drinks (BYOB). Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21 or older and may be asked for identification. Glass containers are restricted. The legal drinking age and open-container laws apply at all times. The driver may refuse service or end a trip for safety reasons.

Intellectual property

All content on the website and app — including photos, videos, logos, text, and design — is owned by Wild West Limo Services LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild West Limo Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, app, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild West Limo Services LLC, its owner, employees, and drivers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your conduct, your breach of these terms, or your use of the bus or services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, app, or services at any time for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. Booking-specific cancellation terms still apply to any confirmed reservation.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
