How a reservation works.
What a booking covers
A booking reserves the bus and a driver privately for your group for a defined period. Your reservation covers the time the bus is set aside for your group, including waiting at stops. Multiple stops are welcome as long as they fit inside the booked time on a workable route.
Confirmation and payment
Reservations are made and paid for in our secure booking system. A quote request, a message or a phone call does not reserve the bus. Your reservation exists once the booking system confirms it and you receive its confirmation.
Prices, taxes and fees
Prices shown on this website are base or starting prices. Taxes and fees are calculated at checkout, and the total shown there is the amount that applies. Optional extras such as a bartender or a DJ are not included in base prices and depend on availability.
Deposits, cancellations and changes
Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown in the booking system at checkout for the specific product you select. Please read them before confirming. If anything is unclear, contact us before you book rather than after.
Alcohol and conduct
Guests may bring their own drinks. Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21 or over and may be asked for identification. Glass containers are restricted. The driver may end a trip early if the safety of the group or the vehicle is at risk.
