Everything to know before you ride.
ID rules, the 25-pass minimum, refunds and exactly what your two-night pass covers.
ID and age
- Every guest must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID
- Bring that ID to check-in both nights — no ID, no boarding

- No glass and no large coolers on board
The 25-pass minimum
- 25 two-night passes must be booked by December 20, 2026
- There are 35 passenger spots total across both pickup locations
- If the minimum isn't reached, every shuttle purchase is refunded in full
- The live counter on the Decadence page shows how close we are
Refunds and transfers
- Guest cancellations are refundable through December 20, 2026
- After that, passes are nonrefundable but transferable to another eligible rider until noon on December 28
- If we cancel both nights you receive a full refund; one night cancelled means a 50% refund
- The same refund allocation applies if the festival cancels either night
- Missed departures and unused rides are nonrefundable
What the pass includes
- $149 per person covers all four rides — there and back on both nights
- Book 6 or more passes together and it's $139 per person
- Professional driver, bottled water and staffed return check-in
- Taxes and mandatory booking fees are included; gratuity is optional
- Festival admission, hotel transport, early returns and afterparty pickups are not included
Common questions.
Still unsure about something? Call or text (480) 848-8095 and we'll answer straight.
Back to the Decadence shuttleYes. Check-in happens before each departure and every rider must show a valid government-issued photo ID showing they are 18 or older. Guests 21+ who want to bring their own drinks need that same ID at the door of the bus.
The shuttle only operates if 25 two-night passes are booked by December 20, 2026. If we fall short, we cancel the shuttle and refund every purchase in full — you are never left holding a pass for a ride that isn't running.
Cancel any time through December 20, 2026 for a full refund. After that date passes are nonrefundable, but you can transfer yours to another rider who meets the age and ID rules up until noon on December 28 by contacting us at (480) 848-8095.
Yes. One pass covers the same rider on all four scheduled rides — out to Phoenix Raceway and back on December 30, and again on December 31. There is no single-night pass.
You can, but the price is the same. The pass is sold as a two-night pass and unused rides are nonrefundable.
Seating is unassigned and this is a shared shuttle with other festival guests. To sit together, book your whole crew in one reservation with the same pickup location and list every rider's name.
Nothing — we send final boarding instructions, map pins and the trip contact number by December 27. Arrange your own ride to the pickup point unless parking permission is expressly included in those instructions.
No. Wild West Party Bus operates this shuttle independently and is not affiliated with Decadence Arizona or Relentless Beats. Festival admission is purchased separately.
